Team member scoring

Stop Guessing. Start Measuring.

The HR Tracker gives you a simple framework to evaluate employees against the factors that actually drive performance: alignment with your core values, whether they Get It, Want It, and have the Capacity to do the job, and their overall capability in key performance areas. No opinions. No assumptions. A structured way to create clarity and make better people decisions.

Whether you’re evaluating a new hire, coaching an existing employee, or making a difficult staffing decision, the HR Tracker helps you move from feelings to facts.

How It Works

Step 1: Enter Your Information

Start by entering your name and email address. (You can also enter the employee’s name and role, but this is optional.)

Step 2: Score Core Values

For each of the four core values, select:

  • + = Consistently demonstrates the value
  • +/- = Sometimes demonstrates the value
  • – = Does not demonstrate the value

Step 3: Evaluate GWC

For each category, select Yes or No:

  • Get It – Do they truly understand the role?
  • Want It – Do they genuinely desire and enjoy doing the work.
  • Capacity – Do they have the mental, emotional, and physical capacity to perform the role?

Step 4: Complete the Capability Matrix

Score each capability area from 1–5:

  • 1 = Poor
  • 2 = Below Average
  • 3 = Meets Expectations
  • 4 = Strong
  • 5 = Excellent

Step 5: Review the Results

The HR Tracker will calculate a score (with 100% being the best possible score) and provide an objective view of employee fit and performance. The goal isn’t to label people. The goal is to create clarity, identify coaching opportunities, and make better decisions about the people who drive your business.

Core Value Scoring

GWC

Does the person intuitively understand the ins, outs, and responsibilities of the role? They have the natural ability, insight, and mental clarity to do the job without constant reminders or micromanagement.
Do they genuinely desire the job? They possess the internal motivation, passion, and drive to do the work. You cannot pay or force someone to want a job they hate
Do they have the bandwidth and resources to deliver results? This encompasses their available time, skills, and mental, physical, and emotional capacity to handle the role's pressure and demands.
